Air Travel
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a nonstop destination from most major airports in the country and serviced by all of the major air carriers. The resort is located 20 miles north of the Airport and does not have a shuttle. The Airport has an offsite car rental facility with shuttle buses. If you plan to rent a car, consider a location other than the airport. The city of Phoenix has very high concession and tax fees on rental cars at the airport facility.
Super Shuttle (www.supershuttle.com) has large multi-passenger vans and can provide economical transportation to and from the resort and other locations. They are available at the “van service” area on the outside island adjacent to the luggage carousels at all terminals.

Driving
The resort is located at 5350 E. Marriott Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85054, on the Scottsdale/Phoenix border (see the map on the LODGING page). Plan your arrival around non-peak drive times. The Phoenix metropolitan area is undergoing much freeway expansion and road construction is a constant. The State of Arizona and most municipalities use photo enforcement of traffic laws including speeding. These sensors are embedded in the roadway and are located on all major freeways, interstates, major roads and intersections throughout the stateand are triggered by motorists traveling ten miles an hour over the posted speed limit. Observe posted speed limits and drive safely. We want you to enjoy your week with us!

Train
Unfortunately AMTRAK no longer serves the Valley of the Sun, so your arrival will either be in Flagstaff to the north or Maricopa to the south. Arriving in Flagstaff from the east on the Southwest Chief will be late in the evening. Making local accommodations for a night’s stay over is recommended. Arriving in Maricopa will also be very late at night. Please contact the Registration Chair for transportation information in Maricopa.

Recreational Vehicle Owner’s
There is no RV parking allowed on the resort property. The nearest RV camping is located at Westworld of Scottsdale which is 9 miles from the convention hotel.
